Login instruction for all other Plans
Once logged per default you are into your OPERATOR CMS and you can immediately create services to be saved for your online catalogs, quotes and bookings.
You can manage your providers, by creating sub-supplier users and linking them to the services
Anytime you can use the quick link available inside your Profile, on the top right of all pages of your CMS to switch the account in use into yourchosenuserweb and access your WEBSITE CMS. Once in, you can customize your website content, manage payment settings, online catalogs, customers and much more.

With these set of credentials you can access the front-end of your Travel Platform with a Front Office Staff user, designed to suit the needs of your reservation department. This user type is in fact entitled, when operating with the "pad lock" sign ON to perform bookings, see all costs and change the markups.
When the "monitor display" sign is ON it can be used to see the services and the prices dedicated to a specific customer.
Login instruction for all other Plans
With these set of credentials you can access the front-end of your Travel Platform with a Front Office Staff user, designed to suit the needs of your reservation department.This user type is in fact entitled, when operating with the "pad lock" sign ON, to create quotes and bookings by using the website search engines and by adding custom services, it can see all costs and change the markups. When the "monitor display" sign is ON it can be used to see the services and the prices dedicated to a specific customer. With this user a Booking staff every time is working into a reservation and in another tab of the same browser is also logged into the CMS OPERATOR, has direct access to the full list of the services, can create new items and edit the existing items.
